Ms. Darmiera graduated in 2018 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2019. She completed her pupillage under the supervision of a veteran advocate at Christie Soosay Nathan & Associates, where she was exposed to a broad spectrum of legal areas including family law, company law, construction law, contractual disputes, and general civil litigation.

Her experience continued at Messrs Teh Kim Teh, Salina & Co where she cultivated a strong practice in real estate and property conveyancing, handling sale and purchase agreements, transfers, developer project files, charges, discharges, and loan documentation for both individuals and corporations. Her work with renowned Malaysian developers has made her particularly adept in project sales and property transactions.
In addition to conveyancing, Ms. Darmiera is well-versed in wills and probate matters, including the drafting of wills, applications for grant of probate and letters of administration, and advising clients on estate planning. Her experience also covers company law, contract drafting and review, due diligence, and general legal advisory services. Ms. Darmiera is known for her diligence, organisation, and approachable demeanor. She is highly attentive to her clients’ needs and remains committed to growing her legal expertise across multiple areas of practice.
